Contact us to fill out our enrollment form. Once we receive your form, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the information you need to get started.

We will need up-to-date records of your dog's rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations, as well as a negative fecal exam result from within the last year.

Cats are required to have an up-to-date rabies vaccination.

We accept dogs 8 weeks old and up.

Of course! You can come and tour our facility via the security cameras in our main office. Tours are scheduled in advance, so contact us to arrange your tour.

Please leave your dog at home during your tour as they will not be allowed into the facility. 

Because we are a resort-style pet facility with all-day supervision and structured play for each pet, we do not currently offer discounts for additional dogs from the same family. 

Siblings are not isolated from the group, so all dogs can enjoy the same experience while in our care. 

Bark Avenue Pet House transforms into a peaceful oasis designed for optimum rest and relaxation at night. We offer soft beds for your pet while ambient music plays throughout the building.

Dogs who don't settle down at lights-out time will be placed in a kennel overnight for their safety.

We welcome any type of refrigerated or frozen food you bring for your pet's stay.

If your dog is boarding at Bark Avenue Pet House, you can include treats in your pet's individually packed meals. Treats that aren't included in the bagged meals will not be provided to your pet. 

For the safety of everyone, we do not allow personal items such as toys or bedding in our facility.
